An orthodontic specialist was looking for a new space in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York. JAZ Architect helped in their search by visiting various spaces in the area. After a thorough investigation of the neighborhood, we finally settled on a smaller but dramatic ground floor unit with 14 foot tall ceilings and 10 foot tall windows. The feel of the original space was kept intact by carefully placing low elements - with a palette of marble, maple veneer cabinetry, painted cabinetry and acid etched glass - within the main envelope.
