Ocular House

This residence in Tijuana, México was designed for an visual artist and teacher. Taking advantage of setbacks and programmatic requirements, we designed the house with two separate entrances; where a main entrance takes guests via the main living spaces, a secondary entrance can be used by art students to a studio at the back of the house. All living spaces are completely open to a terrace extending over the canyon and take advantage of a striking view toward the U.S./México border.
