The Degraw Townhouse is a twenty foot wide family home located in the Cobble Hill section of Brooklyn, New York. The house will be completely renovated to create a new residence for a growing family. The garden level will be a modern open plan layout apartment for hosting friends and family. The triplex above will retain period details and will comprise of an opened up parlor level to allow light to filter throughout the interior space. The second floor will accommodate the main bedroom suite with an adjacent work studio which will overlook a garden terrace. The upper level has two additional bedrooms and a study room. A new stair bulkhead will lead to a new finished terrace at the existing roof level with views of the city skyline.
