The view to Manhattan from our 333 Kent Avenue Arts Center Project is quite stunning. It will be partially blocked in the future by a high rise tower. But we can enjoy some stunning sunsets in the meantime.
We have reached a milestone in our Kent Avenue Arts Center Project. After countless hours of planning, design, building approvals and construction, the structural steel erection has reached the topping out stage. The interior spaces will now begin to take shape.
We recently finished the renovation of a lobby in a residential building in Lower Manhattan. We worked within the framework of the existing conditions to refresh the existing wood panelling; we rebuilt the ceiling, added new finishes to the existing structural column, added new lighting and built a completely new concierge desk.
See the concrete formwork fashioned from floor joists that were removed from the existing building.
Found in our Kent Avenue Arts Center Project. Brick, stone, rubble, crushed gravel infills an old window opening.
